Team Building

Team Building

In week 2 we did team building, where every day we went to a different teacher and we were split into different groups of  5. Working together we had to do a challenge and we had to communicate, working together and sharing ideas with everyone in our group.

On Monday we had to match a paper chain of paper, tape and scissors. The team I was in won the challenge with the longest paper chain. It was close, and a team was nearly the same size.

On Tuesday we went to another teacher and the challenge was we had to stack 6 cups and could only move the cups with a piece of string tied to a rubber band. I don’t know what team won but I do know that the team I was in communicated well and we were a good team to work with. Likely we got to do more then one turn of the challenge so we came up with lots of different ways to do the challenge.

On Wednesday we went to another challenge, and we had to us marshmallows and spaghetti to make the tallest tower. The team I was in failed but through the challenge we kept trying  we lost but we didn't give up the whole time.

On Thursday our challenge was to make a stretcher for a stack of books and the team I was in worked together and won. We shared ideas and got something out of it.
